How To Win Ex Back Through Logical Thinking & Rational Behaviour, NOT Emotional Outbursts & Desperate Actions

Archive for the ‘Rescue Relationship’ Category

Falling in love has got to be one of the best experiences that a person can go through. Being in a relationship is also great, until that unfortunate incident where the relationship comes to an end. Sometimes, breakups can happen without so much as a warning and this makes it all the more harrowing. If you have just gone through a breakup, you are probably feeling very sad and vulnerable right now. However there may still be hope for you yet. Most times you can repair your relationship and get your ex back into your life.

Two things that you need to keep in mind in your quest to get ex back is that one, it will not be easy and two, you need to take it seriously. At this moment, your emotions and feelings are all in turmoil and you feel all messed up. That is absolutely normal. You need to take some time to go through all this grief and sadness, as well as to think things through. Time for grieving is allowed, but don’t dwell on it so much that it becomes your whole life. If you are serious about getting your ex back, then you need to have a clear head before you start.

Break of all contact with your ex. This may seem extreme but it is absolutely necessary in order for you to have a clear head on your shoulders. This is not permanent, but it does need to be long enough so that both of you can reflect on what happened. This you need to do separately on your own. There will be a time when you need to work things out together with your ex, but this not it. No contact literally means no contact and that includes no calling, texting, emailing, relaying of messages through mutual acquaintances, leaving messages on your ex’s Facebook wall, or ‘accidentally’ bumping into them somewhere.

Now you need to take this opportunity to take care of yourself. You may feel horrible and rotten inside, but you need to think about what type of person your ex would be more likely to come back too. Would your ex come back to someone who is depressed, and who indulges in unhealthy and negative activities and is constantly angry at the world? Or would they be more likely to come back to someone who is confident, well adjusted and has a healthy self-esteem? So take this chance to live your life and take care of yourself both emotionally and physically.

During this time alone, you also need to think about what went wrong in the relationship. It may or may not have been your fault. The fault may even be with the both of you. No matter what it is, you need to be honest and determine what really caused the breakup. Getting to the root of the problem will make it possible for you to figure out how to solve it. This could be painful but is again a necessary step towards getting your ex back.

Once you have managed all the steps above, you are in a better spot to get in touch with your ex again. Take as much time to discuss what the both of you have been thinking during your alone time. Try to come up with a plan to address whatever issues you both have and work towards repairing your relationship. Once you have a plan, both of you need to stick to it.

If you can do all these, then you will be able to save your relationship and get your ex back into your life.

There comes a time in our lives when we have to go through a bad breakup.  To most people, when this happens, the immediate reaction is to figure out how to get ex back and resume the relationship. This is well and good, and there are lots of ways that this can be done, as you’ve probably seen in most of the posts in this blog. However, there may be a time that reconciliation is not what you want. You both for some reason may have agreed (hopefully in an amicable manner) to part ways. So how can you get over this broken relationship? How can you get on with your life and move on? The thing to remember here is that the process will not take overnight. It may require lots of time but there are some ways for you to do make that happen a lot quickly and with a lot less pain.

Before you can proceed with anything, the first thing that you need to do is to acknowledge the pain and the hurt. You also have to acknowledge the fact that there will be times when you will miss your ex terribly. This realization is the first step to recovery. There’s no point in pretending that things are okay when they really aren’t. Things will be okay but that will take time. Ignoring the hurt or pushing it deep down will not do you any good.

Don’t be too hard on yourself. You don’t have to be emotionless or stoic. For the first few days (or even weeks) give yourself permission to cry, wallow and whine. This is an outlet for you but it doesn’t mean that this should be done for the rest of yourself. You also should avoid taking part in any self destructive behavior like drinking or sleeping around, as these actions will only cause you more pain and regret later.

Speaking of things you shouldn’t do, there is another thing you should not do and that is to listen to all those people who tell you that your pain will be over in a specific amount of time. These people may mean well but grief is not something that you can put an expiry date on. Everyone is different, and different people have different periods of mourning.

Once you’ve gotten all that out of your system, it’s time to pull yourself together and start living your life. Just to be clear, I’m not talking about dating, as it could be a bit too soon for that. Your emotions have just gone through turmoil and dating is not yet recommended. What you should do however is indulge in all those positive activities that make you happy. Remember all those things you enjoyed doing before your relationship? Even if they cannot make you super happy now, they can at least help to lessen some of the pain that you’re facing.

This is also not a good time for you to be all alone. You need to be surrounded by positive people, and these could be your supporting family and friends. These people only want the best for you and can encourage you to pursue more positive things so that you can get your life back on track a lot faster.

Some of the things that you can try out are those things that you’ve always wanted to do but never got a chance to try. These can be like travelling to another country, taking up ballroom dancing, or learning how to sew, or even a new language. Taking up a new skill can be miraculous for healing your soul. They help keep your mind off your ex and may make time seem like it went faster.

In conclusion, the best advice you can get forgetting over that relationship is to allow yourself time to grieve, stay positive and surround yourself with positive people, try new things and take care of yourself. These tips can help you gain control of your life and move forward.

If you want a short cut, stop playing the guessing game and get this step by step guide on how to get your ex back and download The Magic of Making Up now.

3 Ways to Rescue Relationship

Aug 31, 2009 Author: May | Filed under: Rescue Relationship

Is your marriage falling apart? Are you barely talking to your spouse? No matter how bad things are, there’s always hope that you can turn things around. Here are 3 simple ways to help you rescue relationship.

1. Change the way you handle arguments. All married couples argue, but not all arguments end up with one walking out the door while the other throws the china on the floor in a fit of rage. If you lash out during arguments, bite your tongue so you don’t say anything you may regret later. If you’re the type who doesn’t say anything, stop keeping all your emotions so tightly reined in. Remember, you don’t have to fight when you argue.

2. Be nice to listen to. Wives often complain their husbands space out the moment they start talking. Husbands, on the other hand, believe the world would be a better place if their wives would only stop yakking. The solution to this communication problem is actually very simple - talk in a way that makes people want to listen. A sincere and polite request gets results quicker compared to yelling, nagging, or complaining.

What you’d normally say: How could you feel right about just sitting there while your dirty clothes are all over the floor?
What you could try saying: It will really help out a lot if you put those dirty clothes in that hamper over there.

3. Change routines. After a few years, couples settle into a pattern that they find comfortable at first… and then boring at some point. The best way to rescue relationship is to put some sizzle back into your time together. Here are a few ideas.

● Go out on dates. You don’t have to use up the family fortune. You could take your spouse to a museum, the beach, or for a walk.

Keep things spicy in the bedroom. Buy new lingerie or try some toys. Experiment with a new technique, location, or position.

If your marriage is important to you, work at it. No matter how bad things have gotten between you and your spouse, there is always a way to rescue relationship.

Speaking of how to rescue relationship, do you know that there’s a system that takes you by the hand and show you exactly what to do and what to say to get your ex back? This system has been proven time and time again here: Download The Magic of Making Up System.
