How To Win Ex Back Through Logical Thinking & Rational Behaviour, NOT Emotional Outbursts & Desperate Actions

One of the greatest joys in life is being in a loving relationship. Generally speaking, relationships can have a lot of ups and downs. If you feel that your relationship is in a downward spiral, then you really need to do something. Don’t wait until you have a broken relationship on your hands because by then you would need to find out how to get ex back and the whole process can be time consuming, depressing and truly heart wrenching. So before your relationship faces that breaking point, get some relationship self help. Here are 4 ways to do so.

1. Just talk
Did you know that a couple can be living in the same house, and sleep in the same room, but can still go on the whole day without saying more than a few words to each other? Many people find this really surprising but that is the sad state of most relationships. What makes matters worse is that these few words are always the same and have no real meaning to them. Research has shown that the more couples talk, the less they tend to argue. You don’t have to hold serious conversation about politics or world news. Have some small talk, like the weather, or the movie that you are watching. It may not be easy in the beginning, but if you practice you will improve and soon conversations will come freely.

2. Make eye contact
Eye contact here doesn’t mean those quick glances you do during the course of the day. What eye contact should be is the deep long look into each other’s eyes. A soul searching look can convey a deeper message of love than any word can. If you have a problem with looking people in the eye, then this may be a bit uncomfortable at first. But looking at your partner in the eye is a good habit to inculcate.

3. Spend time together
Just by being together can help both of you to get to know each other all over again. You can either have something special planned, like a movie or dinner. Or you can just do regular things around the house together. It isn’t what you do, but more of you two doing it together. Just make sure you don’t fall into a routine of doing things. Talk to each other and make eye contact.

4. Get in touch
Get in touch with each other, meaning touching each other physically. We’re not talking about touching in a sexual way. Try a simple touch on the arm while talking, or a big hug once in a while. You can even give each other a quick shoulder rub after a long day. These are some easy ways to connect on a more physical level.

The above are just some easy ways for you to help your relationship. You will be saving your relationship and will not have to go through any painful breakups or look for ways to get ex back. It may be difficult at first, especially if you are not used to it, but the results will definitely be worth it.

Stop the guessing game this instant and get this step by step guide on how to get your ex back and download The Magic of Making Up now.
