When you first start out in a new relationship, everything is exciting. You talk with your partner all the time about anything on your mind. 1. The first thing you will need to do is think of the problems you are having with your relationship. Make a list of everything that is bothering you. You might even want to consider asking yourself, “Is my relationship worth saving?”

2. Tell your partner that you would like to speak with them and talk about the relationship and how it can be improved. Likely, they will have a list of things they would like to get out as well.

3. Talk in a calm manner and avoid placing any blame on your partner. Never use “you” phrases like “you never did this”. Instead, use “I” phrases like “I feel  like”. This will help avoid your partner getting defensive.

4. Tell your partner everything that has been bothering you and invite them to do the same. Talk things out and try and figure out compromises when necessary. You will soon find that all those little problems go away on their own. It really is as easy as talking about it.

To get relationship back, you will need to communicate with your partner. If you leave things as they are, nothing will ever get fixed and if the relationship hasn’t ended already, it’s on its way. Keep a line of communication open with your partner at all times, and your relationship will be healthier because of it.
